Her decades of experience as a social worker, pastor, and nutritionist have empowered her to uniquely and compassionately share on body, mind, and spirit wellness in a variety of settings, including personalized one-on-one consults; classrooms of elementary, high school and university students; courses for young immigrants; and roomfuls of conference and workshop attendees. All of it, however—the passion for wellness, the teaching and the learning—starts at home with her husband, Mark, and their amazingly wonderful five children ages, 20-31.
