After a week of sending cucumber sticks in school lunches I decided to get a little more creative! Here’s a new way to prepare cucumbers that’s quick and super easy-I promise!

INGREDIENTS:

2 mini cucumbers

1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese

1 tsp finely chopped dill or dried dill

1/2 tsp grated garlic or granulated garlic

2 tsp apple cider vinegar

1 tsp avocado oil or olive oil

 

DIRECTIONS:

Chop cucumbers and toss with remaining ingredients.
